I ordered flowers for my Mother for Mother's Day. I ordered through the internet as I live in Australia and my Mother lives in Stoney Creek, Canada. The flowers were delived on the day requested. The feed back that I got from my Mother was that the flowers were really nice. So the service was satisfactory and the flowers were very nice. If in future that I need to send flowers again I will do so through Ivy's.

I have ordered from Ivy's several times, and they have always done a beautiful job. The staff are very friendly and are excellent at their job. Whenever I need flowers, I just give them a call. In the store they also carry a gift line, including Lee Middleton dolls. As I am a doll collector, I have been able to add a few to my collection.

My aunt was delighted with the Christmas arrangement delivered by Ivy's House of Flowers. Have used Ivy's many times before and always satisfied with the arrangements, however, the selection on the website this Christmas was not as good as usual. Very easy to use site and no problem shopping.

Needed/wanted an arrangement delivered by a certain time because we were leaving town. The arrangement arrived right around the time that I was told it would be delivered "at the latest". Very pleased overall. Only thing that was disappointing was that the vase that was included with the purchase was not the lavender vase that was supposed to come with the arrangement as shown in the picture on the website. I was told ahead of time that the vase was not available and I was OK with that but it would have been nice to be able to get what I was ordering. Will most likely choose Ivy's again.

Happy with the service, but because the website didn't process the credit card properly you had to call my wife for payment. The website should ensure properly payment before delivery

Wonderful products, I ordered this on the phone sight unseen and got a call from my mother that it was absolutely wonderful. they customize baskets for you with what you want in them. they were professional, easy to talk to, and knew exactly what to put in it, once I told them the occasion and what I was looking for... My mother was so pleased with it, and delivery was prompt and curteous

The flowers were beautiful and the online ordering was a breeze. We were a little disappointed that the urn in the online picture was not what we received and that the message card was not in the neatest handwriting and that the name placement on the message card was not like the way we requested it on the online ordering.
